1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeetLadder ("the Service") at leetladder.online or any subdomain thereof, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
2.Description of Service
LeetLadder provides an online platform for competitive programming practice, including: • A curated library of DSA problems organized by topic and difficulty • A real-time coding battle arena for 2–5 players • Interactive algorithm roadmaps with milestone tracking • Integration with public LeetCode profiles for analytics (solved counts and contest ratings) • Community discussion boards and post sharing • Leaderboards tracking solve counts and arena ratings LeetLadder is an independent platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LeetCode, LeetCode LLC, or any of their affiliates.
3.User Accounts and Registration
To access most features of LeetLadder, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction) You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. LeetLadder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
4.LeetCode Integration
LeetLadder allows you to link your LeetCode username ("handle") to your account. By doing so, you authorize LeetLadder to: • Fetch publicly available information from your LeetCode profile (problem counts, contest history, ratings) • Display this information on your LeetLadder profile and in leaderboards visible to other users • Use this data to generate analytics and progress visualizations LeetLadder does not collect your LeetCode password. We only access publicly exposed LeetCode API endpoints. You may remove your linked handle at any time from your profile settings.
5.User Conduct
When using LeetLadder, you agree not to: • Submit false or misleading information in community posts or profile fields • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service outside of our provided APIs • Harass, bully, or threaten other users in any platform communication feature • Upload or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable • Attempt to impersonate other users or LeetLadder staff Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
6.Community Content
By posting content to the LeetLadder community (posts, comments, or discussions), you grant LeetLadder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your original content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. LeetLadder moderates community content and reserves the right to remove posts that violate community guidelines or these Terms without notice.
7.Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All original LeetLadder content — including our platform design, UI components, roadmap structures, analytics algorithms, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of LeetLadder and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The algorithmic problems linked through our platform belong to their respective creators (primarily LeetCode). LeetLadder only stores completion statuses and curated metadata. We do not reproduce or host LeetCode problem statements.
8.Advertising
LeetLadder uses Google AdSense to display third-party advertisements. These ads help fund the continued development and operation of the platform. By using LeetLadder, you acknowledge that: • Advertisements may be shown on various pages of the platform • Google's ad technology uses cookies and interest-based signals to personalize ads • You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings We ensure that ads are placed only on pages with substantive publisher content and never on pages under construction or authentication-only screens.
9.Disclaimer of Warranties
LeetLadder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. External data sourced from LeetCode's public APIs is subject to availability and accuracy limitations beyond our control. We make no guarantee as to the completeness or timeliness of such data.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeetLadder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorized access to your account.
11.Modifications to the Service
LeetLadder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes where reasonably possible. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
12.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
